My 20+ years of retail leadership have afforded me the opportunity to work on many sides of the retail landscape.  Experiences ranging from in-store to multi-unit, sales and operations to visual merchandising, and field to corporate office have given me a multifaceted and synergistic approach to retail.  Training and leading others to success is my passion and is the common thread woven throughout my career.
